The Transfagarasan Road

The Transfagarasan road – one of the most spectaculous roads in Romania connects Transilvania with Muntenia. On the way up into the mountains you can see the Vidraru dam with a great view over the lake and the mountains. The road was closed on Km 104 so we could not cross the Carpati Mountains (Meridionali).
